Winter Snowflake Wedding Invitations
I wanted to do a winter wedding invitation, but wanted it to be somethign a little different that the normal white snowflakes. These snowflake invitations feature black and gold ink with gold studs to add some shine and sparkle. For a pop of bright color I added a red ribbon for tying everything together. I think they turned out to be more modern than my other wedding invitations!
A little about my invitations: I hand paint every single piece of the invitation suite, including the invitation, rsvp postcard, inserts, maps, and envelopes. Hand painted wedding invitations are a beautiful start to your wedding as each piece is a personalized and unique piece of art. All my watercolor wedding invitations are hand made by me, I design all of the text and I cut and paint every piece of paper. I use watercolor paper for the actual invitation and back it by cardstock or beautifully colored artist's paper. Everything is completely customizable and made to order. New Red Sea Horse Mermaid painting on map

Cherry Blossom Wedding Invitations

Starry Night Van Gogh Wedding Invitations
These are going to be my favorite invitations I’ve done yet! They are for a summer 2011 wedding, themed Starry Night with blue and purples for the colors. I’m painting ‘stars’ in silver ink on the outside of the pocketfolder. These invites are a lot of work, but they are beautiful. Here is a peek at the mockup.

Custom Duck Wedding Cake Topper
Finally finished my duck wedding cake topper. Sculpted from polymer clay, then handpainted. I think they're pretty cute! I have received odd requests for wedding cake toppers - a monster truck being the most odd. I'm sure they end up making unique wedding cakes! I always request the bride the send me a photo of my topper on their cake, but they never do, boooo on that.

You could say I've been busy...
